Ongoing support is included in your plan, so if something goes wrong, our expert team is just a phone call away. If needed, we'll arrange for an engineer to visit and fix the issue promptly. All devices also come with a 12-month warranty, meaning if anything breaks during that time, we'll replace it free of charge.
